This website is run by IT Zone Sales & Service Centre, Mersing, Johor. Our contact details are on the contact page.

The website has no accounts and does not store form submissions. When you use the quotation form, your answers are turned into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that message.

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile and whatever you tell us about your enquiry.

Please do not send passwords, recorder logins, network settings or identity card numbers through the website.

One cookie of our own, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers the language you chose for up to one year.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city or region) and clicks on the WhatsApp, call and directions buttons. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It does not tell us who you are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Some pages may show a Google map. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, a Meta service, and Facebook links open Facebook. These providers may collect data under their own privacy policies.

We use what you send us only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange and carry out the work, and follow up on work we have done. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Messages and call logs stay on our business phone for as long as they are useful for serving you and keeping records of work done. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Under the PDPA you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Contact us and we will respond as soon as we can.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
