Questions about CCTV repair & maintenance

My CCTV is not recording. What should I check first?

Check that the recorder is switched on and that the hard disk shows in its settings. If it still isn't recording, send us a photo of the screen and the recorder model on WhatsApp.

Can you check a system that someone else installed?

Tell us the brand and what's wrong, and we'll let you know whether we can check it.

Can you help me get a recording out after a break-in?

Yes. Contact us as soon as possible, before the recording is overwritten, and we'll help you copy it out.

Can I upgrade my old cameras without replacing everything?

Often part of an existing system can be reused, depending on the recorder and the cabling. We check what you have before recommending changes.
