Questions about Computer & laptop repair
My laptop shows a blue screen. Can it be fixed?
Usually, yes. A blue screen can come from Windows, a driver, the drive or the RAM. Bring it in and we'll find the cause.
Will I lose my files?
Most repairs don't touch your files, but some, like formatting or reinstalling Windows, do. Tell us about important files and we'll discuss backing them up first.
Is it worth upgrading my old laptop?
An SSD and more RAM often make an older laptop feel much faster. We can check whether your model can be upgraded and whether it's worth it compared with a new one.
Should I bring the charger?
Yes, please bring the charger with a laptop. It helps us test power and charging problems.
