The problem
A second-hand laptop is only worth buying if someone has actually checked it, and not every customer can afford a brand-new machine.
What we did
- Bench check for every unit: keyboard, touchpad, ports and battery
- Windows and drivers installed, then tested with the customer's own programs
- Cleaned inside and out before handover
- Handed over ready to use, with the charger and a short warranty explained at the counter
